Role OverviewThe Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe driving of the community's vehicles and supervision of the residents during community outings or trips. They may also assist in setting up and breaking down activities and events in the community.
What You Will Do
Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, and personal resident appointments. Assist with the safe loading of residents and their belongings onto and off-of-community vehicles. Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus
- Prefer two (2) years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
