Job Description
Motivate is looking for full-time Drivers to operate vehicles to transport bicycles and replace batteries for Boston's bikeshare system. The ideal candidate is teachable, safety-focused, dependable, and enjoys driving around the city.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Comfortable using a smart phone with apps
  • Comfortable driving, stopping, and working in busy, urban outdoor environments
  • Dependable and follow an assigned schedule
  • Follow instructions, ask questions, and request feedback to improve performance
  • Lift up to 75 pounds
  • Stoop, bend, kneel, or stand for long periods of time
