Role OverviewThe Driver & Maintenance Worker will transport passengers, perform various maintenance duties, and ensure buildings/Worksites and exterior are clean and ready for use. The role requires substantial experience and verifiable work history in a fast-paced work environment. Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule, including late/early shifts or Saturday/Sunday shifts as needed.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, snow removal, basic plumbing repairs, electrical and HVAC work, painting, changing locks, sheet rocking, and plastering. The Driver & Maintenance Worker will also transport passengers, pick up and deliver mail/packages, and perform minor construction and repair of structural work.

The ideal candidate will have three (3) years of relevant work experience, a valid NYS Driver's License with an excellent driving record, and satisfactory status. The role requires basic computer skills, lite plumbing, electricity, and carpentry skills. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred
- Three (3) years relevant work experience can replace education requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License with excellent driving record and satisfactory status
- Basic computer skills
- Lite plumbing short of licensed trade
- Lite electricity short of licensed trade
- Lite carpentry short of licensed trade
