Role OverviewThe Driver Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating all driver-related job functions, including operations, safety, and employee relations. They will also maintain effective communication with load planners and customer service representatives to ensure on-time delivery and load accuracy.
What You Will Do
The Driver Manager will manage coordination with maintenance, administer daily and weekly business-related reporting, and assist with HR-led initiatives. They will also be responsible for administering daily and weekly business-related reporting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience of three years or more, preferably in the trucking industry. They should be proficient in general computer software and have experience working in TMW and/or Qualcomm. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
