Role OverviewThe Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers, ensuring successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management.
What You Will Do
Make safety-conscious decisions, balance customer, driver, and business needs, provide performance management and coaching to drivers, manage driver payroll and home time, and collaborate with various teams to improve retention and drive business.
