Job Description
ContainerPort Group, a World Group company, is looking for a dedicated, driven person to join our family as a Terminal Driver Recruiter. This position will be remote or hybrid, and the Driver Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified Owner Operators and establish a pipeline for sufficient future demands.

Requirements

  • Sustain and grow the overall fleet of all divisions of the company
  • Engage and recruit prospective drivers
  • Obtain and analyze multiple reports
  • Procure required documents / items
  • Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified Owner Operator applicants
  • Field recruiting at industry events
