Role OverviewThe Driver Trainee is a fast-paced position responsible for learning and becoming efficient in the daily duties of route delivery and merchandising. This individual will learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle, service customers, and develop merchandising habits and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle, service customers, develop merchandising habits, and execute commercial plans. Develop customer service skills, understand customer needs, and communicate with managers. Learn and adhere to company standards on safety and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license for your state of residency
- Excellent driving history reflected in the seven-year Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL)
- Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
