Role OverviewThe Certified Driver Trainer plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all commercial vehicles within the Solid Waste Division. This position is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring new and existing drivers, reinforcing company safety standards, and maintaining compliance with DOT and company policies.
What You Will Do
Conduct new-hire driver training on equipment operation and safety instruction, deliver hands-on training focused on DOT compliance, defensive driving, pre- and post-trip inspections, and load securement, and evaluate driver performance through ride-alongs, route audits, and skill assessments.

Requirements
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
