Job Description
The Driver, Union - Straight Truck / Rollback position at MacAllister Rentals involves safe and courteous loading, unloading, and delivery of equipment to customer sites in Michigan and surrounding states.
Requirements
Daily safety checks on trucks and equipment
Reporting to dispatch for delivery/pick-up assignments
Courteous delivery of equipment to customer sites
Safe and timely delivery and pickup of equipment
Checking equipment fuel, fluid levels, and proper operations before loading
Maintaining vehicle and equipment to present a clean and professional appearance
Completing special assignments or projects from store manager in a timely manner
Maintaining equipment to meet DOT inspection criteria
Following DOT laws regarding the loading and hauling of equipment
Securing unused chains and binders when not in use
Actively participating in safety meetings
Having a clear driving record
