Role OverviewThe Driver/Yard Supervisor is responsible for maintaining operational functions and drivers. This position involves leading a team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the company's safety program for the driver function. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include coordinating all activity for the yard, supervising Branch Technicians, working with Operations Coordinator & Routers to coordinate routes, and resolving customer service issues. The Driver/Yard Supervisor will also review paperwork, approve employee timecards, and coordinate time off requests.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personnel or operations management
- CDL (Class A or B) with endorsements, or willingness to obtain
- An understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in using routing software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
