Role OverviewAs a Drug & Alcohol Case Manager, you'll provide case management, service planning, advocacy, and resource coordination for a caseload of up to 30 consumers, connecting them to the supports they need to achieve their recovery goals.
What You Will Do
Serve as primary case manager for assigned clients, conduct regular client contacts, develop person-centered service and safety plans, coordinate care, and monitor client progress.

Requirements
- High school plus 12 credits of higher education coursework in psychology, addictions studies, social work or related field with specialty or concentration in counseling
