Role OverviewThe Drug Development Specialist will work with a research team to evaluate the quality of pharmaceutical knowledge work tasks and AI model outputs. They will develop high-quality instruction specs and golden solutions for drug discovery, design challenging pharmaceutical tasks, and collaborate with the research team to build domain-specific skills and tools.

Evaluate pharmaceutical knowledge work tasks and AI model outputs, develop instruction specs, design pharmaceutical tasks, collaborate with the research team, and translate tacit development judgment into explicit criteria.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or PharmD in a relevant discipline, 4+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D experience, and specialization in a pipeline stage. They will also have hands-on experience with large language models and a commitment to 40 hours/week for 6 months.
