Role OverviewThe Drug-Gen MDSE/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals. They will direct, support, and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Drug GM department.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company information, establishing performance goals, and training and developing associates. The leader will also create an environment that welcomes customers, gain and maintain knowledge of products, and implement department business plans.
