Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager at Dry Goods, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all operations. This role is based in Coralville, Iowa, and involves providing one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What You Will Do
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business, execute all duties of a sales associate, and achieve individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals, while developing solutions for customer problems and store needs.
