Role OverviewAs a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What You Will Do
Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer; Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals; Develop relationships to grow your business; Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience; Unpack and display stock; Maintain a visually appealing and clean store; Assist with new hire training; Open and close the store for business; Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
