Role OverviewAs a Store Manager at Dry Goods, you drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style. You support the Dry Goods brand by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, elevating associate and customer engagement, and presenting an inspiring, fashionable store environment.
What You Will Do
Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service, execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder, coordinate the interview process, maintain appropriate staffing, assess associate performance, develop associate skills, complete payroll and time clock maintenance, administer employee benefit enrollment, implement merchandising plans, and develop solutions to solve customer problems.
