Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking a Dry Utilities Manager to join our Urban Land Development Group in Richmond, VA. The candidate will perform all aspects of dry utility plan preparation and permit procurement, including preparation of specifications, calculations, and design documents. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in Land Development civil engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Land Development civil engineering
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of local regulations, guides, standards, codes methods, practices, and engineering principles
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
