Drywall Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects. This role is responsible for managing the estimating process from initial plan review through final proposal, with a focus on drywall, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and metal framing.

What You Will Do

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, and metal framing projects. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and estimating requirements. Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, metal framing, or related interior construction trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Experience performing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Proficiency with construction estimating or project management software preferred.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial interior construction experience is required.
