Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution across drywall, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and metal framing.
What You Will Do
Manage commercial drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, and metal framing projects from contract award through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, contracts, and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Proficiency with construction project management software preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
