Role OverviewWork in a day habilitation program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting structure, purpose, community integration, and overall well-being. Assist with planning daily activities, developing skills, and engaging in conversation with the individuals served.
What You Will Do
Assist with planning daily activities, such as lunch outings, visiting local parks, and volunteering at the food pantry. Develop skills in gardening, cooking, baking, dancing, arts and crafts, playing games, and communication. Engage in conversation with the individuals served and develop lasting relationships.

Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills
- Good written and verbal communications
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities
