Role OverviewThe Support Staff/DSP I/II has considerable responsibility for training and assisting clients in food preparation, laundry, personal care, medication administration, shopping, house cleaning, and ensuring the general health and welfare of clients. Direction is received from the Professional Manager - Residential.
What You Will Do
Provides accommodations to individuals with developmental disabilities, interacts in a professional and respectful manner, and completes daily documentation including progress notes, medications administered, event reports, and other documentation as required.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Some computer, proofreading, and editing skills
- Previous experience working in health care or with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (preferred)
