Role OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive DTG Printer Operator to support our Distribution team in producing high-quality printed garments in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
What You Will Do
Operate automated digital printing equipment, perform garment preparation and quality checks, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently according to production schedules and established standards.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a production environment
- Experience with DTG printing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a commitment to supporting team members
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with shifting demands and work flexible or irregular hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Photoshop
- Experience with WMS, WSS, Merchandise Management, and/or Inventory Management Systems is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business SOPs and processes
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
