Job Description
Liberty Resources is seeking a Credentialed Dual Diagnosis Therapist to work in their Integrated Healthcare Clinic, providing treatment from a holistic, dual-recovery lens. The therapist will work with clients to attend to their mental health, physical health, and social health needs, and support client engagement with psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.

Requirements

  • Current NYS license (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) or permit holder
  • CASAC preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working with clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an OASAS funded facility a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
