Role Overview

This position supervises the operation of the Cashier/Caesars Rewards area for an assigned shift. The supervisor assists in the implementation and administration of the Caesars Reward Program, supervises personnel, and performs related activities. The role directly supervises Cashier/Caesars Rewards Representatives and is responsible for executing their job duties as needed.

What You Will Do

Assures a friendly and courteous attitude among team members toward customers, assists with cash drawer balancing, safeguards inventory and equipment, and handles guest complaints. The supervisor also schedules breaks, instructs team members, and prepares performance reviews.
