Dual Rate Supervisor Full Time (Flamingo LV)

Requirements

• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
• Present a neat and professional appearance
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations
• Ability to respond calmly in a demanding environment, multiple tasks to be managed under time constraint
• Good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
• Excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games
• Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
• Ability to walk and be on foot for extended periods of time
• Ability to manage a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner
