Create an exciting and welcoming casino environment for guests and team members, develop and retain a skilled and service-driven workforce, and maintain a focus on safeguarding Caesars Entertainment assets.

Requirements

  • Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures.
  • Deals one or more games to provide guests with courteous and accurate service and promote an entertaining environment.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates, and supervises assigned personnel.
  • Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area.
  • Assure guest development by interacting with guests, modeling interactive skills, and making comp decisions.
  • Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to assigned superior.
