Job Description
Assist clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, supporting the efforts of the sales & marketing team and coordinating with various hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure smooth events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
  • Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email
  • Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team
  • Generate reports, prepare proposals, collections details, and coordinate with clients & suppliers
