Role OverviewAs a Dual-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures to ensure the upkeep of our properties. You will also be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and work order completion using smart devices and property management software. You will also be expected to support the company's values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.

Requirements
- EPA Type II certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
- 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance
- Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
