Role OverviewThe Leasing Specialist supports and assists with all aspects of community operations, including customer service and leasing responsibilities. They will uphold leasing and marketing standards, prepare paperwork, and assist with resident activities.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include telephone marketing, greeting prospective residents, gathering prospect information, setting appointments, showing apartments, generating quotes, closing deals, and securing deposits.

A successful candidate will have previous experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality, or a similar industry, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
