Role Overview

We are hiring a Due Diligence Analyst to support a major global technology client. The Due Diligence Analyst will support the client's Global Security, Compliance, and Risk Management functions through the delivery of high-quality due diligence and investigative research.

What You Will Do

Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations on third parties, vendors, suppliers, executives, beneficial owners, acquisition targets, and other subjects using open-source research, commercial databases, corporate records, sanctions data, litigation records, and media sources.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in due diligence, investigative research, intelligence analysis, compliance, risk consulting, corporate investigations, financial crime, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting enhanced due diligence and integrity investigations on corporations, third parties, beneficial owners, and senior executives.
  • Strong knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud, regulatory enforcement, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and reputational risk.
  • Experience utilizing research and investigative platforms.
  • Advanced OSINT collection, validation, and analytical techniques across a variety of public and commercial data sources.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience drafting client-facing investigative reports and executive-level briefings.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with the ability to identify patterns, assess risk, and develop defensible conclusions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working independently while collaborating effectively within global and cross-functional teams.
