Role Overview

As a Due Diligence Intern, you will assist on several buy/sell side due diligence projects with oversight from our fast-growing team. You will assist with specific procedures and analyses within our Excel-based workbooks by converting raw data into actionable insights. You will be given the support you need to develop a breadth of skills and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals.

What You Will Do

Complete a case study over the course of the internship and present key findings to team leaders, apply Excel knowledge by building dynamic and linked financial statements and models, and conduct financial analysis and build financial models (cash to accrual).

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferred, or finance
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
  • Completion of corporate finance or some accounting coursework
  • Detail oriented with sound organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Exemplary communication (oral and written)
  • Motivated to creatively serve clients
  • Desire to be a team player
