Job Description
As the Due Diligence Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing acquisition due diligence physical condition assessments, inspections, CapEx budget information, and physical risk assessment for real estate acquisitions. This role also requires leadership, collaborating with our CapEx project managers during the DD process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or comparable field
  • 10 years of experience working with a construction firm, program management consultant, or general contractor
  • 5 years experience working with multifamily property CapEx renovations/upgrades
  • Strong vendor and trade relationships, specifically for PCA vendors and multi-family rehab work
  • Leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel when needed to fulfill project responsibilities
