Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will provide daily support for the Area's Administrative Offices, including the Area Director. The role requires a strong team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to operate office equipment. The Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and people in service, and will maintain all contact lists, including phone lists and emergency contact lists.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include taking and disseminating minutes for meetings, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, and submitting mileage and expense reports.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Two years Human Services experience preferred
