Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will lead and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals, while promoting a positive and collaborative environment and maintaining core values and policies.
Requirements
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
At least 18 years of age
Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
