Job Description
The DWM Inventory Manager (IT) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing inventory management activities, encompassing procurement, receipt, storage, issuance, and repurposing. This role involves overseeing subordinate personnel, managing expenditures, and ensuring efficient accounting practices. The position reports to the manager.

Requirements

  • Establishes operational priorities by coordinating accounting and financial functions.
  • Develops, recommends, and negotiates contracts to enhance division programs.
  • Administers significant contractual agreements.
  • Prepares monthly journal entries and oversees service charge preparation.
  • Supervises, schedules, assigns, monitors, reviews, and evaluates staff.
  • Receive materials, check packing slips for accuracy, count materials and pull orders.
