Job Description
We are hiring Dynamics 365 consultants with strong client management and revenue skills. The role blends technology consulting, business advisory, and revenue ownership.

Requirements

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across technology and business operations
  • Deliver live consulting sessions to solve challenges and optimize systems
  • Conduct business and technical discovery across finance, operations, and service environments
  • Recommend solutions spanning Dynamics 365, BPO, accounting, and fintech services
  • Identify and drive revenue opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, expansion)
  • Lead webinars, workshops, and executive-level discussions
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility in HubSpot
  • Ensure high-quality follow-ups, engagement, and long-term client success
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP systems, or enterprise solutions
  • Experience or familiarity with BPO, Accounting Services, or Fintech is a plus
  • HubSpot experience (Required) – pipeline management, CRM hygiene
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work model
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
