Job Description
The E-Banking Specialist I is responsible for providing expertise on E-Banking activities, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support for Metro City customers. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting various E-Banking systems and applications, as well as providing training to users and communicating with vendors.

Requirements

  • Previous Banking and Customer Service experience preferred
  • Previous experience with FIS Horizon Deposit origination preferred
  • Software skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet, and Email
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization
  • English/Korean or English/Chinese - Bilingual skills preferred
