Role OverviewThe e-Commerce Clerk will select and gather products for customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver orders to customers. They will provide a positive customer service experience and adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
What You Will Do
The e-Commerce Clerk will receive customers' orders, initiate and complete the selection process, communicate with customers, process orders through the point of sale system, and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
