Role Overview

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department, demonstrating company core values.

Meet customer expectations, train team members, troubleshoot equipment, maintain supplies, and perform opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Meet/exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants
  • Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles
  • Act as person in charge of e-Commerce department
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Maintain intake of customer orders
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
  • Report discrepancies and invalid temperature types
  • Perform required opening and closing procedures
  • Learn and implement process improvements
  • Provide feedback on team members daily performance and annual performance reviews
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
