Role OverviewThe E-Commerce Lead will receive, process, sell, and ship collectibles and ready-to-wear items through online sites. They will lead general operations, personnel training, and contribute to the optimization and improvement of ongoing online sales.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing and confirming suitability for e-sale of books and other items, taking photos of merchandise, writing titles and descriptions, purging unsold items, fulfilling sales, and maintaining e-commerce and Goodwill assets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical, processing, or shipping/receiving, and be able to type at least 40 words per minute. Familiarity with computers, online programs, and digital cameras is required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months previous clerical, processing, or shipping/receiving experience
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Familiarity with computers and typical software
- Familiarity with digital camera use
- Knowledge of collectibles and/or antiques helpful
