Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team and take our e-commerce channels to the next level. This is a full-time position with flexible work schedule out of our Birmingham, AL or Starkville, MS offices.
What You Will Do
Manage Amazon Seller Central account, develop and execute Amazon Ads, monitor account health, manage Shopify store, and own customer engagement platforms.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling both Amazon Seller Central and a D2C Shopify store
- Light technical skills and ability to get into basic Shopify theme editing or set up Shopify plugins
- Experience with loyalty and subscription platforms (like Yotpo, Recharge, etc.)
- Analytical and data-driven with ability to clearly explain numbers
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator with experience working in a data-driven feedback loop with creative teams
- Self-starter with an 'owner's mindset' and ability to thrive on autonomy
