Role OverviewAs the E2E Data and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of the analytical strategy and data governance across Hill's Supply Chain functions, including Network Operations, Procurement, and Sourcing. This position implements the data and analytics solution strategies and roadmaps for emerging capabilities and integrates them into the analytical platforms for Hill's Supply.

Key responsibilities include implementing global initiatives and strategies, managing data and analytics projects, championing automation, governing and managing data warehouses, and driving AI use cases and utilization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of combined experience in analytics, data strategy, and/or project management
- Technical Data Skills: Experience managing and optimizing data warehouses, with a strong understanding of SQL environments, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and other cloud data platforms
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, and Sigma or any similar visualization tools
- Business Acumen: Broad business knowledge and a strong understanding of Global Supply Chain systems, procurement workflows, and network operations
- Leadership: Ability to lead and handle multiple projects and priorities effectively with strong planning and organizational abilities
Benefits
- Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD
- Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location
- Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles
