Role OverviewThe Early Childhood Education Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and enhancing early learning programs for young children (ages 0 – 5). This role involves working directly with the VP of Children's Services and Program Directors to create developmentally appropriate curriculum, providing support to educators, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment for children.
What You Will Do
The coordinator collaborates with staff, families, and community resources to create a high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational experience. This includes curriculum development, staff training, supervision, and support, as well as program management and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
- MA EEC Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool Lead Teacher certification
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and working with diverse populations
