Requirements
- 1+ year in early childhood education
- High school diploma required
- CDA or Associate's degree in education preferred
- Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs regularly
- Effective communication with children, families, and the team
- Patience and empathy
- Creativity in planning fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Organization and management of lessons, materials, and classroom routines
- Adaptability to changing needs and situations
