Role Overview

KVCAP is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic full-time Early Childhood Supervisor to implement a comprehensive program for children aged 0-3 years. The supervisor will provide leadership to classroom teaching teams and promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Care & Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5 years paid experience in Early Care and Education (birth-age 5)
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to travel out of state
  • Meet requirements of agency & State of Maine Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks, fingerprinting, and physical exams
