Job Description
Woodcraft Rangers seeks an Early Education Specialist to support the delivery of high-quality early learning programming by providing training, technical assistance, and foundational content development for staff serving Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten participants. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, staff development, and supporting high-quality youth experiences.

Requirements

  • AA Degree in Child Development or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with early learners (TK/K) in educational or expanded learning settings
  • Experience facilitating or supporting trainings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to program sites across regions
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools (PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams)
  • Stable internet access and valid LIVE Scan
