Role OverviewThe Program Director provides overall leadership, administration, regulatory oversight, and operational management of People Incorporated’s Massachusetts Early Intervention Program. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, family-centered, developmentally appropriate Early Intervention services to eligible infants and toddlers and their families.
What You Will Do
The Program Director oversees Child Find, referral, intake, eligibility, evaluation and assessment, IFSP development and review, service coordination, service delivery, and transition activities. Ensure services are timely, individualized, family-centered, developmentally appropriate, and provided in natural environments as required.

Requirements
- Must meet the Massachusetts Early Intervention credentialing and qualification requirements for at least one recognized Early Intervention staff discipline/category
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Early Intervention, with Massachusetts Early Intervention experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, including responsibility for staff performance, program operations, regulatory compliance, and service delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate regulatory and program requirements into effective operational practices
