Role OverviewMaintains a caseload of 35 clients/families, establishes professional relationships, and facilitates the early intervention process. Works with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop individualized family service plans and ensures timely and accurate documentation.
What You Will Do
Facilitate the early intervention process, develop IFSP goals, monitor and evaluate IFSPs, support clients/families, and provide linkage, referral, advocacy, and crisis support.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience working with infants and toddlers or children with disabilities, and a South Carolina Infant-Toddler Credential. Preferred experience with BabyNet Early Intervention Program.
