Role OverviewThe Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist will provide services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. The primary focus is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of infant-toddler development, utilizing a parent coaching model, participating in screenings and assessments, and providing home-based services to families.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology, current licensure in Speech Pathology, and two years of pediatric experience. The candidate should also have effective verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of computer-based technology, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365
- Ability to use computer-based technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
