Job Description
The Early Intervention Specialist supports Greater Omaha Packing Company's occupational health and safety efforts by providing early, on-site intervention for musculoskeletal discomfort and minor work-related injuries.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities commonly used in physical therapy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients during exercises and perform manual therapy techniques
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with advancements in the field through continuing education
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data management and reporting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
